For all those seafood lovers out there, October is National Seafood Month, an event dedicated to raising awareness for sustainable fisheries and celebrating the benefits of consuming seafood. Seafood is a rich source of lean protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. It's recommended to eat two meals of low-mercury seafood each week.
