Fall is officially underway, which means Halloween will be here before you know it! Halloween is that time of year when you can dress up as whatever you want. Instead of the spooky witch, vampire, or black cat costume, dress your family up in something clever and cute like these cool foods.  At Rastelli Market Fresh, we're sharing some of our favorite food-inspired Halloween costumes that you can make yourself. Check them out below, and head to RastelliMarket.com to enjoy some gourmet food gifts while you're busy crafting.

Clever and simple, this costume is perfect for anyone in the family. For adults, you can simply make a deviled egg out of cardboard or add a circular yellow piece of fabric to a plain white T-shirt. This costume is also incredibly cute for babies and toddlers. You can cover a soft toy ball in yellow fabric and add it to a white shirt or onesie. A spray-painted yellow Styrofoam ball will also work here. Don’t forget to complete the look with a pair of devil's horns.

Another cool and clever costume is 2 Peas in a Pod.  Create this costume using a green fleece, green night gown, and some pipe cleaner. You can go as a solo pea pod or be 2 peas in a pod by dressing up with a friend.  It's perfect for siblings and couples too. Learn how to make it here.

A favorite dish for many families is spaghetti and meatballs. Dress up as your favorite food with this amazing spaghetti and meatball costume. It may look intricate but it's actually very simple to make. The meatballs are made from painted Styrofoam balls, with yarn for the spaghetti. The fork and spaghetti hat really puts the finishing touch on the costume. View the tutorial here.

Dress up as everyone's favorite snack— popcorn! The popcorn top is super easy to make; it's just crumbled up computer paper dabbed in yellow paint. To insinuate the iconic popcorn box, wear a red and white striped shirt or pants. Make it here.
